Tuition Payments-

PAYMENTS are due by the 1st class of the month. We use a continuous enrollment system: Once someone is enrolled in a class they maintain their "spot" in class until we are notified otherwise. Any bank fees from returned checks will be your responsibility.

 

Financial Responsibility & Payment Information

 

Tuition is charged on the 1st of each month and is based on flat monthly rates.   Your statement will be emailed to you on the 1st of each month.

 

Tuition will be automatically deducted from the card on file on the 6th of every month.

All customers are required to have a credit card or debit card on file with AE for automatic, recurring monthly payments.

 

I understand that the credit card listed on this registration form will be charged at the time of registration.

 

If you choose to pay by cash/check, it must be received and posted by our business office by the 5th of the month.  There is a $30 charge for any checks returned by the bank.

 

If accounts are paid after the 6th of the month, there will be a $10 late fee applied to the account balance.   Failure to pay by the third class of the month will result in removal of your child from class.

 

Upon enrollment, your credit card will be added to our convenient automatic payment program.  Your card will be charged on the 6th of each month.  All customers will be automatically enrolled into the next monthly session and charged the monthly fee unless you:

 

1.Notify our business office by the last day of the preceding month (i.e. You wish to drop your child from the class for May, you must notify by April 30th.)

 

2.Notification must be given to our business office by calling 330-633-3160 or stopping by the front desk.

 

I understand that I am financially responsible for payment of all fees at AE for the above athlete including but not limited to tuition, competition fees, registration, uniforms, shoes, choreography, music, classes, private lessons, events, etc.

 

Non Refundable Annual Processing Fee

 

All AE classes/programs pay an ANNUAL Membership fee of $35 / individual or $45 / family to hold the class spot. Your membership also gives you discounted rates on open gyms, birthday parties and more.    Please be aware this fee is 100% non-refundable should you decide to withdraw from AE classes/programs at any time within the next 12 months from when this fee is paid.  Your membership fee will be billed each year on the month of original enrollment.

 

Automatic Billing Authorization

 

I (we) hereby authorize AE to charge credit card(s) provided on my account.

I(we) acknowledge these charges will occur automatically on and/or near the 6th of each month.

This authorization is valid until I(we) provide AE with written cancellation.

 

Make up classes-

We will issue no refunds or credits for missed classes. Please notify us if you need to make up a class. Classes must be taken within six weeks of an absence.

 

Class Attire-

Hair pulled back and NO jewelry.

All athletes must wear proper fitting clothing. T-shirts and shorts and a lightweight pair of shoes are a must for all cheer or tumbling classes.

 

Gymnastics class attire:  Leo or properly fitted clothing, no shoes.

 

Star Charts-

Our STAR CHART reward system tracks children's progress at each stage of their development. The charts give your child a feeling of accomplishment as they complete each level. This also allows parents to track their progression. STAR CHARTS allow teachers, children and parents to celebrate together!

An ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP is required at the time of enrollment.

 

$35 per individual or $45 per family.

 

Classes are scheduled on a monthly basis. NO SESSIONS
